I’m Jennifer Grigg, and after nearly 30 years in the fire service—serving as a dispatcher, volunteer firefighter, inspector, and more recently as an instructor teaching fire service folks across Ontario—I am now on a mission to support holistic healing for those in emergency services, those who do so much for others but suffer in silence.
